Senior Accountant
This position requires 5-7 years financial reporting/general ledger experience in a manufacturing environment, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, be well organized, detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills, a background with a high level of knowledge/competency in the use of an integrated ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus) and demonstrated competency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required, as well as the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Success will be built on good planning skills, the ability to analyze and interpret data, the timely preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cost accounting reports. Demonstrated core experiences include a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure, the ability to present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close, budget and forecasting analysis, team building, work flow analysis, planning skills, reconciliations, general ledger management and reporting aptitude. The ability to bring timely closure to assignments, and performing in an ethical manner are essential. Audit experience is a plus.
Electrical Engineer
This position requires 5-7 years of experience in design, development and integration of high voltage power supplies, PCB design, electronic controls and power distribution for industrial laser systems.
