INDUSTRIAL LASERS
Industrial material processing lasers have been in use in manufacturing applications since the early 1960’s.   Once thought of as a solution of last resort, today they are commonplace and often the tool of choice.

Today, PRIMA North America, through CONVERGENT LASERS, offers the CP, CV and CX Series of CO2 lasers as well as the CL50k and CL-R Nd:YAG lasers.  These products are designed in cooperation with end users within the PRIMA Group and customers worldwide to produce the beam characteristics that allow the widest range of industrial material processing applications.

They utilize the latest electrical and mechanical technology and adhere to the highest standards for quality and reliability.  Designs stress simplicity along with ease of integration, operation, maintenance and servicing.  With certification and installations in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, today's products have proven to be a consistent, cost effective and reliable manufacturing tool wherever they are used.

CONVERGENT LASERS are manufactured at Prima Electro North America headquarters in Chicopee (Springfield), MA.

CO2
LASERS - The CP SERIES, CV SERIES and CX SERIES of lasers are CONVERGENT LASERS latest and most modern examples of fast axial flow CO2 laser design. These lasers are engineered to produce high quality beam and power for the material processing requirements of PRIMA INDUSTRIE and PRIMA North America systems. The lasers have proven themselves in the most demanding applications around the world.

  CONVERGENT LASERS CL50k

Nd:YAG LASERS
- CONVERGENT LASERS CL50k is the premier Nd:YAG laser for percussion and trepanning hole drilling applications. The unique Internal Compensating Telescope (ICT) and Variable Spot Module (VSM) give this laser the ability to change focus spot size without changing focus position or power.

Nd:YAG LASERS - CONVERGENT LASERS and LASERDYNE SYSTEMS have co-developed the CL-R laser.  Designed to be field retro-fitted to existing LASERDYNE systems this laser will allow system users to extend the life of their present systems for years to come.
