Why such a long time between meetings?
We have had good attendence at the last two meetings. It was suggested by several attendees that travel budgets would be easier to access at the beginning of the year rather than in the 4th quarter. We decided to move it to Spring time and 2010 seemed the ideal time.
Where is the meeting being held?
We will reserve the conference rooms of the Holiday Inn – Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove, MN. The hotel is 6 miles from our facility in Champlin, MN

This is a new hotel. If you plan to use the hotel while attending the meeting please ask for the LASERDYNE meeting rate when making reservations. We have negotiated a reduced rate.
What are the meeting hours?

Is there a cost to attend?
Admission is FREE to qualified system users who pre-register.
Do I need to register in advance?
Yes! LASERDYNE SYSTEMS is providing breakfast, lunch and a dinner Wednesday evening. We need to give our event planners an estimate of the number of participants. While the rooms we have reserved for the presentations are quite large, the space does have limitations.
When I register what will I receive?
Upon completion of registration a confirming e-mail will be sent to your attention. We will send an agenda prior to the meeting.
How do I get to the meeting?
Since most of the attendees will be arriving by plane, please see our website http://.prima-na.com/pages/31_directions.cfm for directions from the airport as well as local driving instructions.
Is there any restriction for attendance?
Yes, this is a technical meeting and open only to industry professionals. No one under 18 please. However, we have chosen to have the meeting at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites at Arbor Lakes which has a pool and there are local attractions nearby. Please consider bringing family members.
Are there restaurants near the hotel?
For your convenience, the hotel has a restaurant and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. LASERDYNE SYSTEMS will provide a continental breakfast both mornings in the conference room, as well as lunch both days, and Wednesday evening there will be a dinner hosted by LASERDYNE SYSTEMS.
