For more than 20 years, LASERDYNE SYSTEMS has been helping manufacturers to increase the efficiency of their manufacturing processes and to increase quality and reduce costs associated with their machining and welding operations. LASERDYNE SYSTEMS application and design engineers have worked and continue to work closely with manufacturers to create systems and processes that help them get the most from the inherent capability of laser processing. In short, we help solve manufacturing problems.

Laser processing heats, melts, and vaporizes a wide range of materials from polymers to high temperature metals and alloys, to ceramics. By concentrating the laser energy into a small area, intricate features can be cut or drilled and localized welds can be produced. These capabilities are harnessed to provide solutions to manufacturing problems when the laser beam is delivered and controlled using precision, highly integrated laser systems.

For 3D applications, LASERDYNE SYSTEMS offers the following capabilities in CO2 and Nd:YAG configurations:

550 BeamDirector® - Compact wrist and extended nozzles for specialized accessibility on a hybrid motion system. An ideal system for processing turbine engine nozzle guide vanes and combustors.

790 BeamDirector® - Fast and accurate with a work volume guaranteed for accuracy, moving at 20 meters/ minute, and accelerating at 1 g. Available in several standard sizes.

890 BeamDirector® - Moving bridge, moving beam and open architecture produce a very flexible system for multiple setups of similar or different parts.

LASERDYNE 430 - 3-axis workstation is designed for precision laser processing requirements (light to medium duty). LASERDYNE 430 systems are used for a wide range of metal and non-metal cutting, welding and drilling applications in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, industrial and consumer products industries.
