The New LASERDYNE® 430 workstation was designed for precision laser processing for a wide range of metal and non-metal cutting, welding and drilling applications. Suitable in the aerospace, automotive, medical devices, electronics, industrial and consumer products industries, its basic features include:

- Flexible machining center: cut, weld, drill
- 585 x 408 x 508 mm (23.0 x 16.0 x 20.0 inch) work envelope
- Easy load position and height
- Convenient access to motion system
- Rugged machine base with Class I safety enclosure
- System 94P controller with standard LASERDYNE® software
Machine Base and Safety Enclosure
A Class 1 steel safety enclosure is securely fastened to the exterior of the machine frame. Interlocked, sliding access doors are provided for the operator, each having a viewing window fitted with filter media appropriate for eye-safe observation of the laser process. There are also interlocked, removable side panels with optical filter media that allow additional viewing capability and access. A 200 mm diameter exhaust port is provided for connection to existing exhaust system ductwork for fume removal.
An electrically interlocked IP55/NEMA-12 cabinet is attached to the back of the system frame. This cabinet houses all electrical/electronic devices, including the mains disconnect, the PC Controller, input and output interface devices. A USB port is located on the user console, allowing easy access from the front of the system.
A gas panel is mounted on the side of the system containing the three process-assist gas regulators and related controls. A pressure sensor ensures that there is sufficient process-assist gas pressure to provide protection to the focus lens.
Compatible Laser Sources
This system has been designed to efficiently integrate with a wide range of fiber and other laser sources to precisely meet specific customer requirements.
