Cost Accountant
This position requires 3-5 years of experience in Cost Accounting in a manufacturing environment, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. You should be well organized, detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a background in Costing systems. Demonstrated competence in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in Microsoft AX a plus. Success will be built upon good planning skills, the ability to analyze and interpret data, the timely preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cost accounting reports, and a commitment to excellence. Demonstrated core experience to include cost accounting, reconciliations, general ledger management, manufacturing costing, estimating and new product costing, standard versus actual production costing, inventory control, cycle counts and experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards. The ability to bring assignments to a timely conclusion and perform in an ethical manner is essential. Audit experience and fluency in Italian a plus.
Manufacturing Engineer
This position will support all areas of production including Materials and Quality in maintaining a consistent flow of product to stated requirements. Responsibilities cover the spectrum from external part fabrication through final product packaging.
Electrical Engineer
This position requires 5-7 years of experience in design, development and integration of high voltage power supplies, PCB design, electronic controls and power distribution for industrial laser systems.
