LASERDYNE SYSTEMS USER GROUP MEETING - REVIEW AND REGISTRATION
Champlin, Minnesota: PRIMA North America, Inc. LASERDYNE SYSTEMS expands the 2008 Users Group Meeting, to be held near its Champlin (Minneapolis), MN facility.

Dhaped Hole in CADThe 2007 two day conference featured a variety of speakers from LASERDYNE making presentations on processing topics as well as new features and equipment.  The second day concluded with a tour of the LASERDYNE facility.  The plant visit used the LASERDYNE Technology Center’s systems for demonstrations based on the previous day’s presentations.  The meeting, as well as the plant visit, focused on developments that address every day challenges in laser processing and obtaining the best quality and productivity from systems.

Terry VanderWert, President of PRIMA North America, made an announcement at the conclusion of the 2007 meeting, “On behalf of everyone at LASERDYNE SYSTEMS, I want to thank you for taking the time to attend the 2007 LASERDYNE Users Group meeting. Reflecting on the two days, I must say that it confirms the value of the User Group meetings.   I was pleased with the attendance, the exchange of information and ideas, as well as the opportunity to meet new people and become reacquainted with ‘old’ friends.  It is clear that User Group Meetings provide another opportunity for LASERDYNE to hear about the needs, challenges and, yes, successes of our customers.  At the same time, the meetings are a forum for us to discuss and demonstrate new features and capabilities that we believe are important to our customers.

2007 User Group Meeting

The next meeting is set for October 1, 2, and 3,  2008 again in the Champlin (Minneapolis) area.  The dates were announced to the entire user list in the October 15, 2007 issue of THE LASERDYNE INTERFACE.  The meeting agenda reflects suggestions we have been receiving from you during and following this year’s meeting.  We have already received a request to demonstrate close loop control of airflow with the two methods of Adaptive Hole Size Control, Hole Diameter Compensation HDC™ and FlowComp™.  We are adding this topic to the agenda and will have demonstrations on the second day."

LASERDYNE SYSTEMS is dedicated to providing the most productive laser systems to customers worldwide.  These systems have become the standard in aerospace, turbine engine and 3D laser processing applications.
